Deskmag’s Global Coworking Survey is now online. For the fourth year running, we examine the conditions of coworking spaces, its users, operators and potential members. The survey can be taken by coworkers, non-coworkers, and space operators alike. Last year, Deskmag collected data from over 2,000 respondents, making it the world’s largest survey dedicated to coworking.

The fourth of its kind, this survey www.coworkingsurvey.com will provide invaluable insight into the movement that continues to grow at an exceptional rate. It will shed light on the development and evolution of various topics within the industry, drawing comparisons from last year’s data

While all responses are anonymous, information on the place of residents of participants will once again allow Deskmag to compare the development of coworking among different nations and regions. It is anticipated that this information will allow a deeper understanding to coworking spaces’ success, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the movement.

This year, we already could secure the expenses of the analysis and the booklet through your support of our crowdfunding campaign, which is ending today. Any additional support is appreciated and will be invested in our work for coworking to enhance the market research.

Participate and support the survey

Naturally, the more respondents, the more better the data that is collected, and the more thorough the analysis. For this reason, Deskmag is inviting all coworking spaces, organisations and institutions to support the survey by circulating it through their channels and including it in a newsletter to their communities.

Those interested in supporting the survey can also send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Their logo will then be included in the booklet of results and the advertisement on Deskmag, as well as their name and link to their page listed at the end of the first article published about the results.

The whole survey will run for three weeks. Some of the results will be presented at the Coworking Europe Conference. The ten questions of these results will be taken out and can only be responded within this week. The first results of the entire survey will be published end of November.
