Yardi Kube: A single connected platform for flexible workspace management
Yardi Kube

Cozy and homemade

The coworking castle Agora, located in Neukölln, puts an emphasis on creative types, equiped with artists studios and also a cute and cozy restaurant. Kurz vor Eden, is decorated with wooden furniture, flowers on the tables and paintings on the wall. It is open to everyone and offers a weekly menu serving a vegetarian and non-vegetarian meal twice per day. Options are posted on the menu of the week, which you can access directly on their website, and includes things like poached salmon with dill and freshly made soups.

Owner Mirko Neumann has created a space where the hungry members of the Agora collective can refuel with a nutritious meal, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant is not only always open during the week for a meet and greet between coworkers and friends, but also offers some special events designed around food, and as a way to bring people together. For example, Kurz Vor Eden hosted a Thanksgiving buffet last year, serving all of the traditional dishes associated with the North American holiday, which included pumpkin pie with a “Berliner twist”. Advertised a communal table event, this restaurant is a perfect place  to get together and enjoy some high quality cooking that wont break the bank.

Kurz vor Eden also offers catering, for those who are looking to host their Power Lunch in a differnt location.

The ultimate Power Lunch

Then there are those who’ve decided to take the next step and create a whole coworking space dedicated to food, which I guess we could call, a coworking kitchen. Forage Kitchen in San Francisco, prides itself on being a space that caters to “not only to artisan food makers, but for the entire Bay Area food community.”

While this deliciously innovative space is still looking for the perfect place to call home, they are already teaching cooking classes at the Underground Market incubator. Forage Kitchen has a goal in mind: to become an incubator space for those looking to launch their business and they and strive to be more than just a rental kitchen.

Amenities include office space, a shared kitchen, equipment rental, and of course business support for those who are looking to take their passion for cooking to the next level. A membership to the space gets you into member-only events and first pick of the many types of cooking classes offered.
